You may use JustRandom for lawful everyday purposes, including simple browser-based tasks, personal decisions, classroom or educational activities, casual games, group organization, creative prompts, demonstrations, and similar low-risk uses.

You may not use JustRandom for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, circumventing security, harming another person, violating intellectual-property rights, real-money betting or gambling operations, misrepresenting results as certified or professionally verified, or automated abuse that disrupts the service.

JustRandom is intended for casual and general-purpose browser utility tasks. It should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, investment, safety-critical, emergency, employment, admissions, or other decisions that materially affect another person's rights. Randomization tools are not intended for regulated lotteries or drawings.

Randomization results are generated using browser-based software and may be affected by technical limitations, software bugs, browser behavior, or device conditions. JustRandom randomization results are not certified for regulated drawings and are not guaranteed to be statistically suitable for every professional use. General-purpose randomization tools are not intended for cryptographic security unless a tool explicitly states that it uses cryptographically secure randomness.

JustRandom is not a casino or sportsbook. It does not accept wagers, process bets, or award money or items of value, and it is not intended to facilitate real-money gambling.

Users remain responsible for the information they enter, how they interpret results, decisions made after using the tools, and ensuring their use is lawful and appropriate.

These Terms may be updated as JustRandom changes. Continued use after changes means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
