About JustRandom
Learn why JustRandom exists and how its simple tools help with everyday random decisions.
JustRandom is a collection of simple tools for everyday random decisions. It helps people choose an option, generate a number, divide a group, roll dice, flip a coin, or spin a wheel without unnecessary setup.
Why JustRandom exists
Small choices can take more energy than they deserve. Choosing between several options, picking a name from a list, dividing people into teams, generating a random number, flipping a virtual coin, rolling virtual dice, or spinning a customizable wheel should be quick and understandable.
JustRandom keeps those moments lightweight: open the tool, enter only what the tool needs, get a result, and move on.
What you can do
These are the currently available tools listed in the JustRandom tool registry.

Product principles
- Simple controls that are easy to understand.
- Fast pages that work well on desktop and mobile.
- Accessible layouts, labels, and keyboard-friendly links.
- No user account requirement.
- No unnecessary collection of user-entered tool data.
- Clear descriptions of what each tool does and does not do.
- Casual randomness for everyday choices, not certified draws.
Privacy-conscious by design
Based on the current implementation, tool input is processed in the browser. JustRandom does not provide user accounts, and tool entries are not submitted to a JustRandom application backend.
Some settings may be stored locally in the browser when that improves the experience. For example, the Wheel Picker can save options and spin speed on the current browser, and the theme switcher can save the selected light or dark mode. Users can clear locally stored information through tool controls where available or through browser site-data settings. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Responsible use
JustRandom is intended for casual and everyday decisions. It should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, employment, admissions, regulated drawing, security, cryptographic, real-money gambling, or betting decisions.
About the project
JustRandom is maintained as an independent utility project. It is presented as a focused website for random-decision tools, without claiming a separate registered company, physical office, team size, award history, or user count.
